Kofi is a consultant and a program management specialist with over 30 years of experience in public policy review, investment banking, small business development, management consulting, and general management. Kofi currently works as an investment consultant undertaking financial brokerage and delivering business advisory services.
As fund manager, Kofi helped set up the Skills Development Fund (SDF) at the Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (COTVET). Kofi worked with the team formulating the second phase of the Government of Ghana (GoG) Private Sector Development Strategy at the Ministry of Trade & Industry (MOTI) (2009), and as portfolio manager on a trade-and-investment program jointly sponsored by GoG and the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) (2003 – 2008). As investment manager for a licensed dealing member of the Ghana Stock Exchange, Kofi managed a project to subsidiarize the Company’s investment advisory operations, preparing a business plan and an operations manual required for the Securities & Exchange Commission investment advisor’s licence for the new entity. Kofi worked as client service manager on donor-funded enterprise development programs managed by EMPRETEC Ghana Foundation (1987 – 2000). Kofi was the general manager of a contract soap manufacturer (1992 – 1994) and an assistant lands officer at the Lands Commission Secretariat (1991 – 1992).
Kofi’s exposure to a wide range of business situations gives him a unique understanding of, and approach to undertaking fundamental and technical analyses of business situations for investment and valuation purposes.
He is a member of the Ghana charter of the International Association of Consultants, Valuers and Analysts (IACVA).
Conrad is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with over 30 years of work experience in various technical fields both in Ghana and USA. Conrad has proven ability in creative analysis and a high level of expertise in consulting for electromechanical engineering including equipment installations, marine and industrial air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. Conrad is also an expert in various kinds of energy production including solar systems. He is a problem solver and has a passion for brand development, manufacturing and general engineering. Conrad has special skills in innovative designs with hands-on approach in overseeing the construction and installation of systems for various engineering applications.
As the Managing Director of Kooltech Engineering - Ghana Conrad has been in the business of Industrial cooling and Energy Production Systems, with clientele base including Accra Mall, Movenpick, Kotoka International Airport, Imperial Homes, Ecobank and Standard Chartered bank. His prior experience includes technical supervisory activities in the High End Appliances sector with Bray and Scarf. As a team leader he also supervised the repairs and maintenance of watercraft and further opened and ran an office for consulting on water sports equipment with Criswell Power Sports in Maryland, USA.
Conrad is highly knowledgeable in the dynamics of the wood plastic composite business from the engineering and technical point of view. As a visionary leader and co-founder of the Radcon Belma Group he leads a well capable team of experts in running sustainable manufacturing and service operations to create value for shareholders and investors.
Catherine has an education and experience that combines major techniques for business growth and improvement – strategy formulation and deployment, application of Lean thinking and six sigma, establishment of ISO based Management Systems, development of Ethics and Compliance Programs and implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM), thus providing a rare complementary mix for industry. Catherine is also a Productivity and Competitiveness Analyst and has implemented Business Improvement Techniques in both the Manufacturing and service sectors across UK and Ghana. Catherine is a mentor, coach, change agent, lead auditor, A1 assessor for NVQ qualifications, lecturer, trainer, evaluator as well as a quality and process control expert. With strong interpersonal skills and taking on multiple roles within her 26-years work experience she has transformed more than twenty (20) organisations across a wide range of sectors, be it for-profit or nonprofit organization.
Catherine is the CEO of Mother of Many (MOM) Foundation and Country Manager for Project Ghana. Her past relevant roles include but not limited to General Manager for BAJ Freight and Logistics Ltd. - Ghana, Deputy Chief of Party (DCoP) for PYXERA Global (USAID Project); Director and Centre Coordinator for CN World Class Ltd – UK; Consultant with PERA – UK; Management Representative and Chief of Quality Control with ALUWORKS – Ghana; and Special Projects in Business Improvement with SIEMENS – Lincoln, UK
Catherine has earned a number of awards, including her contribution to the SIEMENs business in Lincoln, leading to her Induction into the Feminine Hall of Fame, Ghana (2019). She is a member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and the Society for Educati0n (SET).
Catherine is the co-founder of the Radcon Belma Group.
David is a KPMG trained qualified chartered accountant who holds ACCA of UK(2005) and ICA of Ghana (2007) qualifications. He also holds a Certificate in Structured Finance from Africa Import Export Bank and currently pursuing MSc Finance program. His audit experience covers the manufacturing , energy and commodities sectors of the economy. He also has a strong financial sector experience covering insurance, universal and investment banking. His competences are in financial reporting and auditing as well as financial and business analysis. He is strong in financial modeling and a great team player.
David is passionate, goal oriented and highly efficient professional who has chalked many successes in his professional work. Post KPMG roles include leading finance positions as CFO & Head of Corporate Planning for Liberty Commodities Limited, traders in petroleum and commodities (2012-2016); and also in charge of Liberty Group financial reporting. He has managed Balance Sheet over $230m in assets. He was also the Head of Finance and Accounts for SIC Life Insurance Limited, then the biggest life insurers in the country (2005 -2011).
David is the Managing Director of Standard Pensions Trust Limited (erstwhile Best Pensions Trust Limited)
Thomas is a Private Consultant who supports organisations in developing strategic planning using a Self-Assessment Toolkit. He is currently an Executive Vice President of Genistar, United Kingdom, where, in his role as Independent Financial Educator, he teaches families how money works using financial concepts to help them become debt free and financially independent. Thomas has a master’s degree in Management Studies from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom which covered Strategic Management, Organisational Culture and Behaviour, Finance Management, Project Management, Business Ethics, Managing Information and Communication and Human Resource Management
Thomas also holds Post Graduate Certificate in Education - PGCE (Teacher of Mathematics), from Liverpool Hope University, UK. He has excelled in the field of teaching for over a decade. As a teacher of Mathematics and Mechanics at Archbishop Beck Catholics Sports College in Liverpool, he was rated as an outstanding teacher by government Ofsted Inspection Team (2011), led the school to obtain 100% pass rate of student and recorded the highest distinction in mathematics grades in the history of the school resulting into its higher grading by “Learning and Teaching Strand” with a 15% improvement being the highest for any school in the city.
With a first degree in Computer Science from KNUST he was the Product Manager at ThirdRail Limited, an American Broadband Wireless Telecommunication System in Ghana, where he designed Wide Area Network (WAN) for organisations using a combination of fibre optic infrastructure and broadband wireless network. Thomas also worked with Millicom Ghana Limited and Scancom Ghana Limited, as one of the pioneer Sales Executives for the distribution of mobile phones in Ghana. Thomas is a member of National Institute of Adults in Continuing Education, NIACE, Liverpool Mathematical Society and American Management Association (AMA)
